Pricing questions
Are there any setup, account or monthly fees for FBA prep?
No. You only pay for units and boxes we actually prep and ship.
What does the $0.55 per unit include?
Receiving, counting against your ASN, inspection for damage, and one FNSKU or UPC barcode label applied over the manufacturer barcode.
How does the first-100-free promo work?
On your first shipment we waive the labeling fee on up to 100 units (up to $55). Add-ons and carton handling are billed normally.
When am I invoiced?
After your shipment is handed to the carrier. The invoice is based on the sound units we actually received and prepped.
Do you charge for damaged units?
No. Units that arrive damaged are photographed, reported to you and not billed for prep.
