These terms govern your use of PrepToShip services provided by WizCommerce LLC. By creating an account or sending inventory, you agree to them.
Advance Shipping Notices
Every inbound delivery must be preceded by an ASN created in the client portal and must include your ATTN: CLIENT-ID line. Unannounced deliveries may be refused or delayed.
Capacity limits
Small-parcel deliveries are limited to 5 master cartons per delivery and 35 lbs per box unless a commercial bay slot has been approved. Amazon removal orders are exempt.
Prohibited items
We do not accept hazardous materials, weapons, illegal or counterfeit goods, or items that violate Amazon or Walmart policies.
Pricing & payment
Services are billed at the rates published on our pricing page at the time of your shipment. Invoices are due upon receipt. Outbound release may be held for unpaid invoices.
eBay consignment
For consignment units, you authorize us to list and sell them. Net proceeds (sale price less marketplace fees and shipping) are split 50/50 and paid out monthly.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to inventory in our custody is limited to the documented cost of the goods, and only where caused by our negligence. Report discrepancies within 7 days of a notification.
