PrepToShip is operated by WizCommerce LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone, sales channels); shipment information (tracking numbers, product identifiers, quantities); files you upload (label PDFs); and photos we take of your inventory for quality assurance.

The free label converter

PDFs you convert with our free tool are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. If you choose to enter an email address, we store it to send occasional updates.

How we use information

To operate your account, process and track your shipments, send transactional emails, invoice services and keep our service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage) and an email delivery provider to send notifications. They process data on our behalf.

Security & retention

Files and photos are stored privately and are only accessible to you and our staff. We keep shipment records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
